Raw-material sourcing
Send RFQs to KYC-verified suppliers near your plant. Sealed bids open together, so the best price wins, not the oldest supplier.
Order to purchase in one click
When a sales order is won, the raw material you need becomes a categorised RFQ straight away.
Purchase approvals
Indents, RFQs and POs follow your approval chain, with a full audit trail and maker-checker control.
Stores across plants
Track stock plant by plant, transfer between plants and see one consolidated view.
Item codification
One clean code per item, linked to HSN. Similar items are found instantly, so duplicates and wrong purchases stop.
Costing
See what each material and order really costs, using actual purchase prices, not last year's estimates.
GST invoicing & e-invoices
Raise GST invoices and e-invoices from the same system that holds your stock and orders.
Real-time payables & receivables
Every PO, GRN and invoice updates what you owe suppliers and what customers owe you, instantly.
Factory payroll & attendance
Attendance, payroll and payslips for factory staff, with TDS deducted on vendor payments.
Where small manufacturers lose time and money
Most SME factories run on Tally for accounts, Excel for stock and WhatsApp for buying. A new order arrives, someone calls five suppliers, waits for rates, and production starts days late. The same item sits in stores under three names, so it gets bought again. Nobody knows the real cost of an order until the month closes.
QuantProc puts purchase, stores, costing, GST and payments on one record, and adds a supplier network on top, so buying raw material is as fast as selling.
From customer order to dispatch: how it works
- Receive the order. Record the customer's order, or win it as a quote on QuantProc Sourcing.
- Check stock. See what raw material you already hold across plants.
- Raise RFQs for the shortfall. Missing items become RFQs, grouped by category and sent to verified suppliers near your plant.
- Award by sealed bid. Bids open together at the deadline; compare price, delivery and supplier rating, then raise the PO.
- Receive and store. GRN updates stock at the right plant and the supplier's payable at once.
- Invoice and get paid. Raise the GST invoice or e-invoice on dispatch and track the receivable until it is paid.
